Blissful Recipe - Vegetarian Potroast E-mail

There is bliss in eating a well-made, well composed meal. Tonight I made a favorite vegetarian dish, Grilled Gluten-Free Polenta with Marsala Mushroom Garlic sauce, adorned with tiny feta cheese cubes. The result is melt in your mouth, but alas, this evening I had no marsala.

I was just re-reading an old blog post of mine from 2005.  I had mine done on Imagini. It used to give you a nice little thumbnail display, now you have to click through to the website.  Very interesting imaginal tool however - see how many of your images fall into the "busy" and how many fall into the placid. I learn from images in different and deeper ways than words alone. Enjoy!
